What types of payment does S&K Treasures accept?
Cash if you are picking up your merchandise in the Greater Seattle area.
Google checkout and PayPal are also accepted forms of payment. We do NOT accept checks of any kind.
How do I pick up merchandise in the Greater Seattle area?
Arrangements will be made with you for a day and time to pick up your merchandise at a specific location that is as convenient as possible to both parties.
Will you ship my merchandise to me?
Absolutely! We ship within 2 business days of your verified payment unless otherwise posted on the website. Be sure to review the shipping options at time of payment before making a purchase. Some merchandise is shipped free to any address in the USA and noted accordingly.
For items that do not include shipping, the merchandise weight is calculated as accurately as possible prior to posting. Handling may be added and will be noted if an item such as framed artwork requires us to purchase special boxing or packing materials. Insurance or delivery confirmation is not included unless noted for the specific item or requested by the buyer prior to payment. Should you have a question about shipping, please contact S&K Treasures before making payment.
What about International shipments?
We do ship worldwide unless specifically mentioned on an individual item. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges and are the buyer's responsibility. Refer to your country's customs office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse these costs as additional shipping charges. Handling charges for international buyers, if any, will be noted in the listing.
Can I return my purchased item?
Yes. Contact us within 7 days with your reason for a return. Contact information can found at the bottom of this page.
How are refunds handled?
Returned merchandise will be credited back to your payment account.
Descriptions are written to the best or our abilities and plenty of pictures will be provided for your inspection. Digitally generated colors and images display differently on various monitors. Thus we do understand that there may be an occasion where the merchandise is not what you envisioned and the cost of the item will be refunded. Shipping will not be refunded, unless there was a written discrepancy in the listing,
